I was really looking forward to this meal but it really let me down. I’m not going to share the recipe with you because I won’t be making it again. This instead of an idea or a tutorial is a request for help. Does any one have a nice spicy fish dish that isn’t a curry and that is syn free or low syn for extra easy plans on slimming world?
The meal was Tandoori Monkfish with Spinach rice and steamed vegetables.
Any suggestions please?
