‘Vegging’ Out

With a little bit of preparation you can kick back on the sofa and enjoy a lazy afternoon with a film trillogy and snacks without the syns mounting up to much. We had Asian Pears, kiwis, muller light, diet fizy drinks and water with mint and cucumber

I would love to know what you guys use to snack on, it’s the thing we both find the hardest.

  1. I usually snack on fruit and veg (pears,nectarines,bananas,grapes) for veg (carrot sticks,cucumber sticks,celery sticks,tomatoes) and sometimes slices of ham with half a ‘laughing cow extra light cheese triangle’ spread on each slice and then rolled up
