Success Express: getting back on track

So this week we both put weight on, I put on 1/2 lb and Luke put on 2 lbs. this week we are determined to more than compensate for this and have decided to we are going to more than make up for it this week. We are going to embark on the hardcore version of slimming world, for just one week widely known as success express.

I really struggled to find all the correct information about this plan so here is what I found and compiled.

SUCCESS EXPRESS –

HAVE 3 MEALS A DAY

EACH MEAL MUST HAVE 2/3 OF THE PLATE FULL OF SUPER FREE FOODS

1/3 OF YOUR PLATE MUST BE FREE FOODS FROM THE GREEN & ORIGINAL PLAN (YOU CAN ENJOY FOOD FROM BOTH PLANS OR FROM JUST ONE IF YOU WISH).

CHOOSE YOUR HEALTHY EXTRAS. CHOOSE 1 OR 2 HEALTHY EXTRA A CHOICES & 2 HEALTHY EXTRA B CHOICES (THESE CAN BE USED AS PART OF THE MEAL).

ANY SNACKS YOU EAT INBETWEEN MEALS MUST BE ONLY SUPERFREE FOODS (FOR EXAMPLE FRUIT )

STILL ENJOY BETWEEN 5-15 SYNS A DAY (ONLY RULE ON SUCCESS EXPRESS IS YOU HAVE TO COUNT THE HIGHER SYN VALUE

We started today and for our evening meal we had a super speed stir fry with chicken, chickpeas, broccoli, string beans, cauliflower, onions, peppers, cabbage.

It was lovely, this week I am going to focus on stuff other than recipes because we aren’t sticking to the normal plan this week just for a boost and I don’t want to confuse people or put people off from joining slimming world by making it look harder than it is!
