I have been meaning to do this for ages but the shopping always gets put away before I get a chance. This is our weekly shop, in the freezer we already had some chicken and we had plenty of rice, pasta and lentils in the cupboard.
And using these ingredients this is what I plan to make this week,
Breakfast – cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk,
Lunch- homemade tomato soup and homemade veg soup. With cheese on toast (healthy a and b when not used for breakfast)
Dinner- salmon rice and veg
– chicken curry
– roast chicken dinner
– salmon and new potatoes and veg
– stir fry
Dessert – mr Kipling pie 9 syns (each flavour different so check)
