We all have tips and ideas to keep us on plan don’t we. Mine is always having some fish in the freezer so that I can make this meal at short notice when I don’t know what else to do.
It’s a great one for guests too who won’t always realise its syn free. And it’s mega easy to change up, some times I add a (syned) parsley sauce, rice instead of potatoes, use which ever veg I have, even had it with salad and sweet potatoes.
