Melt In The Middle Burgers

I saw these on a menu when I went out for dinner last weekend. I knew I couldn’t afford them (syn wise) at the pub but thought I could make them myself. Then I bought some baby bell, which came with a little plastic pot so you could melt them in the microwave and it dawned on me that they were the perfect size to melt inside a burger. This is my first attempt.

If using my recipes please double check the syn value for yourself, I would hate a mistake to sabotage anyone’s weight loss
