It’s Saturday night so no long post but I did it! Faced my fears! Got on the scales! And had a super food optimizing day!

  1. Well done! I have not had a very good week, off to face the scales in a little while! But I have my meals planned and will be doing lots of batch cooking tomorrow, have read my books and got my motivation back!
