This meal was amazing! so tasty and didn’t at all taste like a slimming meal. the sauce had a great kick and was sticky and gingery and sweet.

Sticky ginger beef
– extra lean steak
– chopped, onion, peppers, courgette, aubergine, carrot
– tin tomatoes
– can of diet ginger beer
– garlic, chipotle, salt pepper,ginger, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, all-purpose seasoning, paprika
season the meat with all purpose seasoning and fry the onions and meat with fry light. once browned take the meat out of the pan and add the carrots and stir fry in fry light for a while. Add the other vegetables and seasoning. (seasoning measurements to your taste I used a thumb sized piece of crushed ginger, two garlic cloves, a teaspoon of paprika and hot Jamaican curry powder.) Add the meat back to the pan and pour in the can of diet ginger beer plus the juice from the tinned tomatoes and one or two piece of chopped tomato if you like. leave the mixture simmering away to reduce and get sticky and tasty. Taste and give it one last season to your taste.
~ make sure you buy the extra lean meat. the lean meat is packaged so similarly that its easy to pick up the wrong one by mistake and if you do you are adding so many more calories that you needn’t have!
~ serve with wedges or pasta or rice or a jacket potato, I even used the left overs cold with salad.
