It’s been a long time since I had a successful week on plan. We’ve moved and don’t have a group near by and any way I’m not sure I could afford to go right now any way. Luke has been really ill and things have been hard but it’s time to stop giving myself excuses and get back on plan- I feel so much better when I do.
This salad caught my eye from the slimming world magazine.
Bacon and egg salad Ingredients – baby gem and rocket dressed with Kraft fat free French dressing, boiled new potatoes, cucumber, sugar snap peas, beetroot, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, cubed cooked ham or gammon or bacon all visible fat removed.
Method chuck together on a plate or if time allows delicately arrange and Instagram your creation 😉
