Seasoned noodles

This might seem quite syn heavy when you can have plain noodles syn free but if you have a take away craving twin this with my beef in black bean and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

MARKS OUT OF TEN FROM LUKE = 10 (possibly because I just shouted at him for not being appreciative enough but it was very good!)

SYNS ON EXTRA EASY= 4 dived easily by 4 people but we greedily shared it between 2

seasoned noodles

Ingredients

– dried egg noodles
-bean sprout
– soy sauce
-2 tspoons toasted sesame oil
-Garlic ginger and onion

Method

Boil the noodles according to the packet instructions

With fry light, fry onion garlic and ginger, add the bean spout and stir fry for a minute.

Drain the noodles and add the fried onion and bean sprout.

Season with soy sauce and 2 teaspoons of toasted sea same oil.

Toss it all together until well mixed.

Top Tips

~ use dark soy sauce for colour and light soy sauce for saltines
~ never fry with toasted sesame oil always use as a seasoning towards the end of your dish so you get it’s full flavour. And so it doesn’t get smokey; sesame oil has a really low smoking point.
